What You'll Do
Wellview Support
Support Wellview with a strong focus on project initiation and coordination.
Work closely with users, providing facetime and guidance on system usage.
Manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and help keep projects moving.
Data Analytics Support
Provide backend application support in the analytics space.
Troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, integrations, and errors.
Support integration work involving a recent merger.
Validate data ingestion and investigate root causes of failure.
No dashboards, no reporting, no querying required.
General Responsibilities
Act as a partner to the other analyst, sharing travel and onsite responsibilities.
Travel to field offices in Utah, the Permian, Houston, and Catarina.
Help move new projects forward and provide reliable application support for the business.
Must Haves
Experience with Peloton applications, specifically Wellview or Siteview.
Application support experience in the data analytics ecosystem.
Familiarity with Spotfire, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
Strong troubleshooting and ticket handling background.
Willingness to travel several times throughout the year, particularly in January and early March.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of change management concepts.
Knowledge of audit processes or compliance workflows.

As a dedicated Life Actuarial Solutions Analyst Senior to join the Life Company's Modeling Operations Team. Reconciles and validates data accuracy, and reasonability of actuarial or financial information.
Prepares reports, reserve estimates, journal entries, financial statements, industry surveys and/or special studies, analyzes data, and recommends solutions.

Develops cost benefit analysis.
