Serve as the primary resource for transfer questions and provide team leadership. Ensure timely, accurate processing of client transfer/return requests with clear communication. Maintain quality assurance for data transfers, including validation, auditing, and process updates. Develop and communicate policies and procedures for data transfers; supervise team training. Oversee use of transfer technologies (FTP, security controls, metadata, reporting) and ensure data integrity. Troubleshoot transfer issues, manage data formats, and advise on standards. Lead testing and implementation of new software/processes and support special projects.
