Summary:

You will track and update IT budgets, manage day-to-day purchasing activities (from purchase requests to invoice processing), and turn scattered cost data into clear reports and insights for IT and Finance leaders.
This is not a simple order-processing role. A key part of this job is to review IT spending requests (tools, licenses, and equipment) and evaluate whether they are truly fit-for-purpose and appropriate, considering our existing tool stack, standards, and budget constraints.
You will act as a partner to internal teams-asking clarifying questions, challenging and redirecting requests when similar functionality already exists, and helping stakeholders find the most cost-effective and sustainable options. Strengthening operational efficiency through tool rationalization and standardization is a core part of this role.
