As an IT Operations Analyst on our team, you will provide our IT Computer Services Department with a high level of technical support in the management and operation of our computing environment through the effective use of standard monitoring tools, processes and procedures needed to achieve highly available computer services in CVS's Mainframe, Midrange, Distributed/Server, Network and Intranet/Internet WEB environments. You will assist with Infrastructure Crisis/Problem Management, and we'll look for your technical knowledge to effectively interact with all AIS Engineering organizations to ensure CVS's computing environment is highly available to support CVS's Business objectives, our members, providers, and plan sponsors.• This is a Night Shift opportunity the schedule is: 6:00pm - 6:00am EST, working 3 days a week having 4 days off and then switching to working 4 days a week and having 3 days off.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 19.50

Maximum: 38.99

Required Qualifications

1+ years in an IT role, providing support to business processes.1+ years of experience with Enterprise monitoring tools.Omnibus, App dynamics, Rumba.

The Operational Risk Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Responsibilities:

Participates in the application of operational risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes to create lasting solutions for minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks. Contributes to risk assessments and drives actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to operational risk losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices. Provides governance and oversight may include (not limited to) technology operational risk, risk for example. Executes the Managers Control Assessment (MCA) program in a timely manner. Plans, tests and reports on Operational Risk findings Tests and monitors key controls which have been identified for each product line and document results. Liases with business and line control officers on any deficiencies or control gaps. Ensures appropriate remedial actions are in place where deficiencies are identified. Documents, implements and executes Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for management of control issues Additional duties as assigned Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
