Responsibilities Include:
Own and monitor benefits-related data feeds and vendor files, especially during open enrollment and post-payroll processing
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve file feed issues, errors, and discrepancies across systems
Analyze data flows between Bullhorn ATS, ADP Workforce Now, and Workday, and determine where and why data breaks
Partner closely with HR leaders, business lines, payroll, benefits vendors, and internal tech teams to correct issues and prevent future ones
Test integrations and changes to ensure accurate employee eligibility, deductions, and vendor transmissions
Help resolve employee-facing issues (e.g., missing benefit enrollment links) by tracing root causes in the data
Continuously audit data integrity and recommend process improvements
Ideal Background:
Strong HRIS analyst mindset with a passion for data accuracy and system functionality
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required); Workday experience is a strong plus
Comfort troubleshooting complex integrations and asking:
Is the data missing? Broken? Changed upstream?
Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident partnering with technical teams
Experience in healthcare or high-growth environments is a bonus, but not required

Position Summary
The IT Analyst- HR Systems will work in partnership with Aspen One's HRIS and Payroll department to provide functional and technical guidance on the Kronos Workforce Dimensions platform. The main focus for this role will be on supporting the Kronos platform for HR and Payroll. This role will be also be responsible for ongoing configuration, custom reporting, and integrations for the Kronos platform. Act as a leader between HR and IT by providing ongoing support of Kronos Workforce Dimensions HR & Payroll/Timekeeping

Position Summary

Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in GIS analysis, application development, and project management
Advanced proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and Portal for ArcGIS
Experience developing geospatial dashboards and web applications using ArcGIS Dashboards, Experience Builder, or Web AppBuilder
Strong cartographic skills and understanding of map design principles and spatial data visualization
Proficiency in Python scripting for GIS automation and workflow development
Knowledge of FGDC metadata standards and experience creating compliant metadata
Experience with portal administration and open data platform management
Project management skills including task coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication
Ability to pass background check with no DWI convictions within last 10 years and no crimes against children
U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency

Job Description
A GIS Analyst at Purple Land Management must possess a thorough understanding of the ESRI ArcGIS Suite and be able to use that knowledge to generate and organize GIS Data. The GIS Analyst must be able to analyze and review title documents, including oil and gas leases, real property deeds, easements, rights-of-way, and other instruments and determine where they are situated and whether or not they impact a client's real property. A GIS Analyst must also be able to establish leasehold boundaries against changing surveys, water lines, vegetation, and historical maps, and compare the boundaries against historical production data to determine whether a parcel of real property is validly leased by a producing oil or gas well (determine HBP status).
Responsibilities
Support land services projects as assigned by the Senior GIS Analyst by developing and implementing GIS solutions, building maps, comparing historical mapping and survey data against present day tax parcel identification numbers, deed plotting leasehold, and determining HBP status of oil and gas producing properties
Build, organize, maintain and manage all of PLM's client and organizational databases including confidential data
Assist District Landmen and Project Managers with the preparation of updates and presentation of data from title research and lease acquisitions
Review title documents including real property legal descriptions to assess real property boundaries
Build complex KMZ file or equivalent to provide satellite imagery based work product that allows a client to properly navigate a leasehold or acreage position
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in GIS is strongly preferred
Two years or more experience using GIS in an oil and gas context preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and cloud computing generally
Highest proficiency in ArcGIS required
Self-starter and self-motivated with strong organizational and reasoning skills
IT experience or proficiency working with computer hardware and software maintenance (preferred)
