JOB SUMMARY
As a highly visible, accessible, and dedicated member of our service team, the primary purpose of this position is to support the revenue cycle (RC) management team and field partners in the revenue cycle which includes billing, collecting, and recording revenue transactions in the home health, hospice and home care industries.

Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with established procedures related to revenue and accounts receivable.
Partner with RC Portfolio Resources to monitor accounts receivable and develop action plans.
Provide expert knowledge on software systems used in home health, hospice, and home care lines of business. Ability to train staff in software systems and processes.
Develop and utilize software reports for AR metrics and trends.
Monitor the workflow process within the system and alert appropriate organizational Resources.
Manage time equally between service center projects and field support.
Utilizes ticketing software by routing and troubleshooting claims and EMR issues.
Manage payor builds and updates for acquisitions, branch expansions, startups, and new contracts.
Assist in maintaining payor portals and access to clearinghouses.
Staff Development:
Attend and participate in workshops, seminars, etc., to keep abreast of current changes in the home health, home care, and hospice fields, as well as to maintain a professional status.

Job Summary:
The IT SAP Functional Analyst (TM) is responsible for designing, building, and delivering the configuration of Transportation Management modules, technical solutioning for integrating software applications and SAP implementations, and working closely with the Data Integration team to develop interfaces and automate solutions. This role will also contribute to the implementation and maintenance of systems that support Woodgrain's SAP Transportation Management functions in accordance with the Project Management Life Cycle and will be heavily involved in blueprinting, partnering with the business users and subject matter experts to analyze, define, and implement lean business processes and system solutions that will be utilized across the Woodgrain organization during SAP implementations for mergers, acquisitions and upgrades, as well as the integration of non-SAP solutions with SAP.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Configure Transportation Management Modules
* Be the subject matter expert for SAP Transportation Management (TM) with an emphasis on Freight Planning (e.g., road, rail, ocean, air), Load Building, Freight Units/Order Building, Freight Forwarding, Carrier Determination, Freight Agreements, Tendering, and General Transportation Management.

Job DescriptionDescriptionThe Dedicated IT Technician serves in a general site management capacity, providing high-level technical assistance, and client-facing support across multiple locations. This role is responsible for managing onsite IT functionality, coordinating with remote support teams, and ensuring consistent service delivery aligned with company standards.
This position requires a regular presence at client sites:
JTS - Nampa, Caldwell, ID
The technician will act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters at these locations, managing a ticketing board in ConnectWise and partnering with In-Telecom Remote Support for escalations. This is a salaried position, working Monday through Friday, with availability required during nights and weekends for business-impacting issues.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Teams Rooms, and experience inventory management.
Partner with In-Telecom remote escalations personnel for issues that cannot be resolved internally.
Understand overall service and support objectives.
Drive problem investigation and resolution as required.
Design and maintain process documentation for the team.
