ASAP is hiring on behalf of our client for an IT Technician to join the Technology Service Desk team within a large utility organization in South Carolina. This role provides hands-on hardware and software support to internal users while ensuring the reliability of desktop systems, mobile devices, and related technology equipment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1-2 support for hardware, software, and general computer system issues via phone, ticketing system, and in-person assistance

Install, configure, reimage, and test PCs, laptops, and peripheral equipment

Required Skills & Experience:
1-3+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support
Strong customer service and communication skills

IFAS is hiring multiple temporary positions for a one-year period to support departing Department of State employees with payroll and financial questions and actions.
The Office of Customer Engagement provides customer support desk services, knowledgebase management and training, training development and delivery for overseas financial operations, system implementation training and support, and payroll customer support for American employees and retirees. This position will provide payroll processing project support to American employees and retirees. The contractor shall perform these services under DoS Customer Support Management.
Job Responsibilities
ServiceNow: ServiceNow is an online database for tracking initial communication and ongoing dialogue with customers until final resolution, allowing the closure of trouble tickets. Phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries are tracked within the ServiceNow system. A unique ticket number is automatically assigned when the ticket is successfully submitted. Analysts are required to enter all customer issues into ServiceNow.
The Payroll Customer Support Help Desk Analyst supports DoS employees and retired annuitants with payroll-related inquiries. Analysts will use the Knowledge Base and DoS systems such as the Global Financial Accounting and Control System (GFACS), Domestic Integrated System (DIS), and Employee Express (EEX) Administrator to provide first-contact resolution whenever possible. They will also follow the Payroll Help Desk Quality Assurance (QA) Program, which monitors employee output and provides specific feedback, coaching, and training for employee development. The Quality Control Program (QCP) ensures:
Accuracy and quality of customer interactions (phone and email)
Feedback on strengths and areas for improvement
Coaching and on-the-job training when applicable

Ensure that the Payroll Customer Support Desk voicemail is addressed at the start of the day and throughout the day.
Provide front-line payroll customer support, based on the team schedule, for incoming customer questions, tickets, and assistance according to Payroll Customer Support Desk procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
Analysis of security documentation, interview personnel, and perform technical test cases to ensure proper execution of the requirements/controls.
Perform risk analysis of testing results.
Review documentation as applicable to RMF security controls.
Provide an independent assessment, using NIST 800-37 RMF security controls and supporting documentation.
Ensure security controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and are producing the desired outcome.
Understands RMF assessment and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to conduct Security Control Assessments in support of accreditation packages.
Utilize and execute security tools and testing methods properly.

Perform Security Control Assessment (SCA) activities, using NIST 800-53 control sets, and collaborate with the SCA Team to complete Security Assessment Reports, define metrics, and briefings.

Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
Five (5+) years of Computerized System experience, including: Design, Development, Test and Evaluation, Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows-based operating systems.

Understand the use and proper execution of security tools and test methods (DISA SCAP, SRR).
Experience in cybersecurity and IT systems management.

ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

This involves reviewing system designs, schematics, and layouts to identify any potential vulnerabilities or risks to the PDS. The Engineer must have a thorough understanding of PDS requirements and be able to assess the adequacy of proposed designs.

The Engineer must be familiar with and able to utilize electronic test equipment, such as antennas, receivers, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.

The PDS/TEMPEST Engineer must be able to work collaboratively with other engineers, technicians, and government personnel. This involves providing technical guidance and support, as well as working closely with other stakeholders to ensure that PDS and TEMPEST requirements are met. The Engineer must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment. The PDS/TEMPEST Engineer will be overseen and trained as needed by government personnel.
Other duties will include monitoring functional e-mail boxes for the group and facilitating communication with Navy commands and Govt SMEs, uploading TEMPEST and PDS records to a sharepoint database, and helping communicate official correspondence to various Navy customers and commands.

Job Description:
