You stay calm under pressure with preparation and backup plans. You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership on site, that includes a willingness to travel (approximately 30-40%). Ideally you are experienced with Novastar, Analog Way Aquilon, Pixera, Disguise and similar platforms. Familiarity with Absen LED systems and event-based AV workflows, as well as electrical and power distribution for AV systems (PDUs, UPS, rack power, generator/temporary power, load calculations, and safe load management) would be a plus.
