About the Role: The Information Security Risk Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Bank's Information Security Program by assisting with policy development, administration, and procedural documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal standards. This position will require technical creativity, innovation, and development of concepts from EW gap analysis to white paper proposal to implementation of ideas to address the EW gaps Qualified to analyze and interpret INTEL data from various sources and understand threats characteristics Experience with EW systems, designing, and making trade-off decisions Familiar with laboratory RF simulators and test equipment Software-related experience with Visual Studio to program in C++ and C#; and IntelliJ for programming in Java is a plus Basic knowledge of radar and communication systems Experience with signal processing, MATLab proficiencies Ability to work independently, in a team environment, or lead a small team Familiar with operations and applications of the EW suite Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening-for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal From the statement of work.
