Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 additional years of equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree. 8+ years total related experience 6+ years of relevant SCI experience. Must have CompTIA Sec + certificate as outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 2 and Information Assurance Manager Level 1 within 6 months of the date of hire. What You Bring * 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment. * Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in high-volume operations (scanners, printers, handhelds, WMS). * Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), hardware setup, and systems troubleshooting. * Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Jumpcloud and Hexnode MDM (Or similar MDM). * Familiarity with warehouse automation or robotics systems is an asset. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - you thrive under pressure and can think on your feet. * Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment is a plus. * Be willing to travel to support other sites with their IT Ops Why Us?
