Required Qualifications

Clark College is currently accepting applications for a part-time, permanent hourly classified InformationTechnology (IT) Support Technician 1 position to work approximately 17 hours a week. This position is a part of the IT Client Services division and directly supports Clark College faculty, staff, and students by providing IT customer support, identifying technical issues, answering help desk calls, and working with fellow IT technical staff in improving the technology environment of the college. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Act as the first point of contact for incoming technology requests.
* Perform front line duties by answering help desk calls, questions from walk-in clients and opening tickets in the college helpdesk application.
* Route tickets to the proper desktop technicians, network engineering, and application management IT members as needed.
* Assist in resolving application software issues and implement bug fixes within critical systems.

Clackamas County Department of Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Information Systems (HRIS) Manager to support strategic initiatives and enhance HR operations through system optimization, data-driven insights and process improvements.
The HRIS Manager leads and directs all HRIS operations and team members, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs and support countywide programs and initiatives. This position is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of PeopleSoft HCM and other ERP systems, as well as overseeing employee data transactions.
The HRIS team is composed of four (4) HR Business Systems Analysts and two (2) HR Specialists. The purpose of the HRIS program is to provide systems management, business process improvements, reports, analytics, and education services to Human Resources, County departments, and employees so they can understand and use HR systems and data to make informed decisions and achieve their strategic results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong HRIS background, a vision for innovation and improvement, with leadership/ management experience, and a proven track record of successful project management as well as:
* Experience problem-solving business issues, including leading business requirement gathering, identifying and analyzing issues as well as recommending and implementing solutions for internal stakeholders.
* Strong working knowledge and experience with HRIS systems, including implementation and supporting HCM system modules, such as recruiting, benefits, classification & compensation, performance management, workforce planning, and/or core HR workforce administration.

TYPICAL TASKS
Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

2. 4. Negotiates and administers various contracts, typically longer termed, for external software needs/ services.
5. Oversees, plans, assigns, schedules and directs the activities of the HRIS operations in accordance with HR department's business plan; develops and implements policies, priorities, business practices, and the utilization of resources in order to accomplish goals and objectives mandated by law, county policy, and the priorities determined by HR Director; conducts monitoring, auditing, and reporting of services to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and County policies; evaluates the quality and effectiveness of operations; analyzes trends and gaps, and prepares findings and recommendations to address deficiencies; redistributes available resources to meet changing needs; coordinates activities with other HR divisions, county departments, and outside agencies to ensure compliance with established policies, objectives, priorities and applicable laws, rules and regulations.
6. Develops and manages annual and supplemental budgets, and accounting records for HRIS division.
7. Develops, recommends, implements and monitors policies, procedures and guidelines for HRIS functions impacting the County, HR Department, for conformance with HR department and legal standards; reviews, interprets and clarifies relevant statutes, regulations, collective bargaining agreements and department policies; analyzes legislation and regulations to determine effect on HR program and services; interprets labor contracts to represented employee and department managers; may provide staff support/subject matter expertise regarding HRIS operations in labor contract negotiations and arbitration.
8. Hires and supervises professional and administrative support staff to provide quality service to county staff; prepares and conducts performance evaluations; responds to and resolve disputes, grievances, and safety concerns; recommends and administers progressive discipline; conducts and/or facilitates staff training and development programs; promotes cooperative team efforts among staff and with other County departments.
9. Provides direction to staff on complex technical or procedural issues; plans and participates in complex activities within HRIS and HR Department operations; provides leadership in facilitation, consensus building and collaboration on a broad range of issues with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, peers, executive management and elected officials.
10. Represents HR department and the County by participating in internal or external committees and task forces; provides expert human resources consultation to County executives, managers, and elected officials.
11. Serves on department's management team as a principal advisor of the HRIS division of operations; provides input and influence regarding department's strategic planning, review and budgeting activities.

WORK SCHEDULE
This position is included in the County's alternate workweek program, working 40 hours during a standard workweek of Monday through Thursday (Fridays off). Specific hours of work will be discussed with the candidate selected for this position at the time an offer of employment is extended. This position is eligible for hybrid on-site/telework subject to the Clackamas County Teleworking Policy and based on the Department's business needs. The exact amount of on-site/telework and schedule will be discussed with the hiring manager during time of offer. Telework locations cannot be located outside of Oregon or Washington. Washington residents must perform 50% of their time on-site at Clackamas County.

This system is based on-board the Pacific Tracker currently berthed in Portland, OR. Primary Functions:
Defend against cybersecurity incidents and identify, analyze, communicate, and contain incidents as they occur.
Monitor systems and networks for security alerts, notifications, and issues including patching and update process issues and investigate and document any security issues or events that may occur.
Own and drive the investigation of security events and other cybersecurity incidents including review, triage, and response to alerts and notifications.
Take a lead role in the documentation of security events and incidents and the assessment of the damage they cause.
Review threat intelligence and analyze the current threat landscape and apply threat analysis to Moda's infrastructure systems and networks to identify and address vulnerabilities or exploitable attack paths.
Build and drive proactive threat hunting programs including detailed threat analysis of exploitable vulnerabilities leading to actionable remediation plans.
Work with IT resources and architects to develop and implement cloud security strategies to facilitate migration of key assets into a public cloud hosted environment.
Advise on installation and configuration of security controls, systems, and software to protect systems and information infrastructure and recommend enhancements based on compliance requirements and industry best practices.
Work with IT and Security leadership to perform tests or support external testing such as network penetration tests, vulnerability testing, and disaster response failover tests to uncover network vulnerabilities.

Remote office environment with extensive close PC and keyboard use, constant sitting, and frequent phone communication. Must be able to navigate multiple computer screens. Work in excess of standard workweek, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet business need.

Job Description
Corvid Technologies is looking to add an experienced Systems Engineer for the X-Band Transportable Radar (XTR) to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This system is based on-board the Pacific Tracker currently berthed in Portland, OR. This engineer will join our growing team that provides range support services for ballistic and hypersonic test missions for DoD and NASA. We cover mission planning, networks and systems engineering, telemetry, radar tracking and imaging, data and voice communications, logistics, and cybersecurity aspects of missile testing at ranges all over the world.
The engineer in this position will operate and maintain the XTR-1 radar system and subsystems to meet mission requirements. Candidate will work with various customer organizations to understand mission requirements and the XTR-1 system's impact to the mission. As the primary caretaker of the radar system, candidate will be with the system during all test events and work on-board the Pacific Tracker while the ship is in port. Trip durations are dependent on customer test mission, that are typically scheduled well in advance but subject to modifications on short notice. The standard trips last between 2 and 4 weeks. Total trips per year are also dependent on customer schedules, and average between 4 and 8.
Responsibilities will include:
Operate and maintain ship-borne multi-band radar system and subsystems; including high-powered transmitters, receivers, modulators, timing and control systems, cooling systems, antenna hardware and associated interconnects
Perform daily calibrations and systems testing ensuring the radar remains mission capable
Conduct System Administrator responsibilities with Linux RHEL OS, CISCO iOS, Windows, and associated computer applications
Develop system documentation to include creating standard operating procedures, network drawings and electrical schematics
Maintain and update systems and patches to comply with Risk Management Framework (RMF) Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) requirements
Work with engineers to implement design changes and test new solutions
Perform equipment installs, configuration updates, and troubleshooting actions
Requirements:
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and maintain) a Secret Clearance
Position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related STEM discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience (more experience may substitute for degree)
Experience maintaining a high-powered radar system
Candidate will need experience performing network, Windows, and/or Linux administration in an enclave or enterprise environment (Preferred candidate will have DoD Directive 8570.01 IAT Level II certification)
The ability to effectively perform maintenance, repairs and replacement of complex mechanical systems, gear boxes, brake systems and/or electric motors/generators is required (will need the ability to lift 50lb and work at heights in-port and at sea)
Proficiency with basic test equipment (Oscilliscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, etc.) will be needed to maintain the systems
Experience with RSLinx, RSLogix, RSView, MatLab, and Allen-Bradley hardware/software is required
Candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, specifically as it relates to presenting technical topics to a variety of stakeholders (with varying degrees of technical depth in the radar system)
