What You'll Do Support and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments Manage user accounts, permissions, group policies, and security configurations Troubleshoot network issues involving DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, and firewalls Assist with Azure AD or other cloud services, including identity and device management Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals Perform patching, upgrades, and routine system maintenance Support backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes Respond to IT support tickets and ensure timely, professional resolutions Participate in projects such as migrations, rollouts, and infrastructure upgrades Provide occasional after-hours or on-call support What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience 2+ years in system administration or advanced IT support Strong experience with: - Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams - SharePoint), Active Directory & Group Policy - Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, routing, firewalls) Familiarity with: - Azure AD / cloud identity - Virtualization (VMware) - Device management or cloud-based administration Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Willingness to travel up to 20% Must pass a background check and drug screen Preferred Skills Azure, Intune, or other cloud administration experience PowerShell scripting or automation IT experience supporting construction, field services, or distributed teams Certifications like Network+, Security+, Microsoft M365/Azure, etc. Why You'll Enjoy Working Here Opportunity to grow into higher-level system or cloud administration Real impact on improving and stabilizing critical systems across the organization
