Receive IMACD related Service Requests from Authorized Users and validate the IMAC request for correctness and proper authorization
Communicate with Authorized Users if there is any issue with an IMACD related Service Request and attempt to resolve or escalate same appropriately;
Coordinate and communicate with designated Customer personnel or other Third Parties, concerning scheduling and requirements so as to minimize the impact on Authorized Users;
conduct, or confirm a Site survey has been conducted, to determine the location(s) of the IMAC and any special requirements at the location(s);
Coordinate any physical space requirements as determined during the Site survey review;
Confirm that all Equipment, Software, parts, Network, Cabling, or any other services necessary to execute the IMAC will be available as of the date(s) scheduled for the IMAC;
Confirm the new and/or existing Configuration of the Equipment and Software associated with performing the IMAC.
Confirm that the installation and/or de-installation procedures associated with performing the IMAC are valid for execution of this IMAC, including Backup, contingency, and test procedures;
Schedule and dispatch appropriate technicians, including Third Party Vendors to the IMAC location;
Treat every client like a VIP, strengthening the relationship as well as engaging users who otherwise might disengage from IT

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Systems Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing enterprise-level systems, with strong expertise in Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, Citrix technologies, Cisco networking, Check Point firewalls, Microsoft Intune, mobile device management (MDM), and Ivanti Endpoint Management. This role will also involve managing enterprise imaging technologies for desktop deployment and overseeing patch management processes across the environment.
Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Deploy, manage, and optimize VMware ESXi/vSphere clusters, ensuring high availability and resource efficiency.
Maintain and troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and NetScaler (ADC) appliances.
Administer and maintain Ivanti Endpoint Management for asset inventory, patch management, software deployment, OS deployment, and remote support, ensuring compliance with corporate security policies.
Design, test, and implement automated Ivanti patching schedules, reporting, and remediation workflows for servers and workstations.
Manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM), including policy configuration, device enrollment, compliance monitoring, and application deployment for iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
Oversee enterprise imaging technologies for desktop and laptop deployment, ensuring standardization, rapid deployment, and lifecycle management across the organization.
Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools, and proactively address potential issues.
Implement and maintain security best practices, including system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint security posture management.
Provide Tier 3/4 technical support and mentor junior team members.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
Contribute to infrastructure design, architecture decisions, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering or infrastructure administration in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory administration.
Proficiency with VMware ESXi/vSphere configuration, migration, and troubleshooting.
Experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and related technologies.
Solid understanding of Cisco networking and Check Point firewall management.
Experience with Ivanti Endpoint Management, including OS deployment, software distribution, and automated patch management.
Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and logging tools (e.g., SolarWinds, etc.)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications such as MCSE, VCP, CCA-V/CCP-V, or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python).

What You'll Be Doing:
As an MES System Engineer, you'll work in a growing organization to help design and develop new electronic Master Batch Records (MBRs) using our Next Generation Manufacturing Execution System (NG MES) Pharmasuite. This role will partner with cross-functional subject matter experts, working to understand the manufacturing process and translate them into system requirements. You will take these requirements and use them to design and build the electronic MBRs. In addition to the designing and developing of the electronic MBRs, you will also help with their validation, deployment, and subsequent support. This project has high visibility and directly impacts our capacity to make medicine for our patients across the globe. This role will tackle business problems and improve business processes by identifying and ensuring the most appropriate solutions are deployed. This role will have a critical part in the digital transformation for Indy Parenteral developing and implementing new capabilities to the site while continuing to enhance and apply existing capabilities.
How You'll Succeed:
Bring your deep technical knowledge and experience to design and develop product architecture for MES and Digital Execution solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing systems, including MES, automation, and IT infrastructure.

$63,750 - $180,400
