The likely salary range for this position is $63,750 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Transit IT Specialist
Tier 1 Technical Support Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, network connectivity, and user account issues
Log, track, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
Assist employees with workstation setup, password resets, and peripheral installation
Escalate complex issues to the Director of IT when necessary
Onboard Bus Technology
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of onboard bus computer systems, including:
CAD/AVL systems
Farebox/Validator equipment
