This role lives at the crossroads of industrial automation, IT systems, and real-world operations. You'll work with PLC-controlled equipment, ERP-driven workflows, scanners, tablets, printers, and custom-built apps that keep product moving and data accurate.
Key Responsibilities

Develop dashboards and reports for operations, accounting, and management
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on exposure to PLC-controlled equipment
Familiarity with industrial control concepts (I/O, sensors, relays, interlocks, safety circuits)
Not required to design complex PLC systems from scratch; but must be able to support, diagnose, and collaborate
Strong troubleshooting mindset across hardware and software
Comfort working in both office and production floor environments
Experience with ERP systems or complex operational software
Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions

Why This Role Matters
This role bridges the traditional gap between IT and automation. When PLCs, software, and people operate in silos, things break quietly and expensively. This position exists to make sure systems talk to each other-and when they don't, someone competent is listening.
