Perform racking, stacking, and cabling of network switches and IT hardware in server rooms and network closets. Possess an understanding of network protocols and methodologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and routing concepts. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows workstations, Office 365, Collaboration technology, and network connectivity issues on the business network. Proven experience supporting critical infrastructure and working independently in remote locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with non-technical users. Proficiency with IT documentation and change management practices. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all devices, ensuring accurate records of equipment.
