Resolves computer issues and errors that people tend to have regarding functionality and capability; tests upcoming patches to the system to check for new issues or errors that will create minor or major problems with the current flow of everyone's duties before updating.
Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications, setup & maintain your respective area of the system or application
Provides assistance and information to employees, managers, vendors, citizens, local businesses, and/or and other interested parties regarding assigned technology functions.
