Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Perform planning, design, and installation of new and existing personal computer systems.
Consult with end users to determine hardware and software needs based on operational requirements.
Develop programs or select and customize commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software to meet identified needs.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripheral devices, and associated system software.
Administer and maintain telecommunications protocols as required.
Provide troubleshooting, diagnostic support, and resolution for hardware and software issues.
Train and support end users in the use of computer systems, software, and hardware tools.
Document system configurations, processes, and user instructions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding IT security and system access.
Basic Qualifications - Required Education, Certifications, Skills, And Experience
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; OR Associate Degree (AA) and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting PC hardware, software, and peripherals in a mid-to-large scale environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Provides daily operational support for the LAN core and edge switches across the medical network campus

Qualifications
Required:
