What We're Looking For: 2+ years of IT support / sysadmin experience, ideally in a startup or creative/tech-heavy fast-moving environment. Basics of network diagnostics (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi tuning) and conference-room AV/live-stream setups (internal or public-facing). Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort supporting Mac-based environments. Working knowledge of Okta or another SSO/IAM platform and business VPN administration. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, at least one CRM (Monday or HubSpot are a plus) and other common SaaS tools. Bonus: experience with MDM tools (like Kandji, Jamf) rollouts, SOC 2 or IT compliance standards, or AV setup. High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
