Regularly audit CMDB data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards. Track and maintain configuration items (CIs) and their relationships to ensure that all relevant data is accurately recorded. Support the Change Management process, ensuring all changes to IT services and assets are accurately reflected in the CMDB.
