Configure systems in accordance with company standards. Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades on employee systems for hardware/software. Direct and escalate issues as needed or unresolved issues to Systems Administrator. Create service tickets with software and hardware vendors for incidents as needed while troubleshooting the incident until resolved. Maintain a list of issues and tasks and report status updates to supervisor. Maintain, track, and update documentation related to the job position. Onboarding new employee technology. Qualifications: Ability to identify issues and resolve them until completion. Strong interpersonal skills in both verbal communication and written communication. Demonstrate a willingness and passion to learn new techniques and procedures. Ability to think and work independently and meet necessary deadlines.
