What You'll Do Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and network issues. This role involves responding to user queries, diagnosing problems, and guiding users through step-by-step solutions. As a part of the divisional IT Team, this position will support multiple business units and be onsite at the New Berlin, WI location.
