Responsibilities include:
Business Systems & CMiC Support
Provide hands-on support for CMiC users across enterprise and field teams.
Incident management to include ticket creation, triage and diagnosis, escalation and communication if needed, and testing and user-acceptance.
Manage user accounts, security settings, and system access for CMiC and other business systems.
Assist with CMiC configurations, module updates, and troubleshooting.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within CMiC for reporting and operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for CMiC-related issues and escalate when needed.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Experience:

Experience designing, developing, and maintaining structured training curricula, learning paths, and documented learning modules.

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.
Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Job Duties:
Painting
Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
Perform minor fixes such as repairing, filling gaps in walls, minor plumbing and maintain drainage system.
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
Install appliances and equipment
Updates maintenance records daily
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
Report to a facilities or maintenance Supervisor for issues
Requirements:
Must have Active Driver's License and clean driving record
Must know Dry Wall
To work productively and effectively when faced with stressful situations and in a fast-paced environment
Ability to accept responsibility for work assignments and job duties, and to be held accountable for successful completion
Follow directions, and to work with minimal supervision
Apply appropriate safety procedures and equipment to protect Company and customer assets, including personal protective equipment (i.e., back belt, safety glasses)
Work in non-airconditioned environment where applicable
Must be able to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime
Can work with others in a team setting to deliver high performance results
Ability to take initiative, and to work with a sense of urgency
Be cautious that lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20-50 lbs.; and over in certain circumstances of 100 lbs.
Ability to constantly reach outward, handle and finger objects, stand, and walk; frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, and sit; and occasionally, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type using a keyboard
