What You'll Do Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, both in person and remotely, to resolve hardware and software issues at all locations. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems to ensure IT systems function properly. Monitor the IT service desk and respond to IT issues in a timely manner. Clearly communicate technical information to non-technical users through various channels (in person, phone, email, chat, etc.). System Installation, Configuration & Maintenance Install, configure, and update computer hardware, software, operating systems, and applications. Perform regular maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals to ensure optimal performance. Provision and support company equipment across all departments and locations. Asset & Inventory Management Manage end-user inventory of IT devices, including hardware and software assets. Documentation & User Resources Create and update user-friendly how-to guides and other end-user documentation to support IT processes and self-service. Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving.
