Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to office and field staff (hardware, software, networking, mobile devices). Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, Microsoft 365, file permissions, and printer networks. Assist with onboarding/offboarding, user provisioning, and asset tracking. Support ERP, project management, and construction tech tools (e.g., Foundation, B2W, Trimble, Samsara, etc.). Perform system updates, backups, and troubleshooting under guidance from the IT Manager. Participate in infrastructure upgrades and technology rollouts. Qualifications Education: Degree preferred but not required. Equivalent hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or networking will be given equal or greater consideration. 3-5 years of IT support experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or field-based industries. Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments, mobile device (iOS) support, and network fundamentals. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Entra preferred. Demonstrated urgency, communication skill, and problem-solving ability. Reliable transportation and ability to visit job sites when needed. Ability to communicate.
