Your Responsibilities End-User Support Field incoming service desk requests from users via ticketing system, email, telephone, and in-person in a timely, courteous manner. Troubleshoot, install, and upgrade end-user software and hardware. Provide one-on-one or small group end-user training on relevant topics and systems on an as-needed basis. Work with outside vendors for product-specific support. Maintain and troubleshoot file sharing systems for use with external users and organizations. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding within the scope of assigned duties. Hardware & Software Management Image, configure, and set up desktop and laptop computers and associated peripherals at employee workstations. Knowledge Management & Miscellaneous Design and maintain user-focused informational articles and videos covering relevant technology topics. Provide on-site support at remote offices and outside of regular working hours as required. Requirements 1+ year of equivalent work experience in an IT support role or active enrollment in a relevant degree program. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices. Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 & Microsoft Office 365. Excellent interpersonal communications skills. Preferred Qualifications Possesses talents and strengths in communication, conflict resolution, user education, problem solving, and self-education that allows them to excel in developing and maintaining strong relationships with staff and team members. Working knowledge of modern enterprise computer hardware and software. Ability to lift and carry devices and equipment of varying sizes and weights. One to two years of experience in a relevant industry role or two years of active enrollment in a relevant degree or certification program is preferred but not required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field of study is preferred but not required. Relevant industry certifications are beneficial but not required. You will be responsible for shaping the data architecture and transformation pipelines that support enterprise-wide reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making, with a strong emphasis on master data domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor) and engineering data (e.g., BOMs, specifications, process metrics). Job Duties and Responsibilities * Lead a team of analytics engineers in designing and building data models and pipelines using dbt and Microsoft Fabric tools (OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Power BI). * Own the strategy and execution for master data and engineering data enablement, ensuring consistency, quality, and governance across domains. * Collaborate with data governance, IT, and business teams to define data standards, stewardship processes, and metadata management practices. * Develop and maintain semantic models in Power BI that support enterprise reporting and analytics use cases. * Drive adoption of best practices in data modeling, transformation, testing, and documentation. * Monitor and optimize performance of data workflows and ensure reliability of production pipelines. * Support data integration efforts across ERP, PLM, MES, and other enterprise systems. * Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Required Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related roles, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity. * Proven expertise in SQL, preferably in dbt (Core or Cloud) and Microsoft Fabric. * Strong understanding of master data management (MDM) principles and engineering/manufacturing data structures. * Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale data environments. * Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data lineage, and metadata tools. * Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Power BI DAX and semantic modeling. * Knowledge of Microsoft Purview or other data cataloging tools. * Background in engineering data. * Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages. * Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
