    The IT Disaster Recovery Consultant will be responsible for supporting the efforts of the First Horizon Business Resilience department, including crisis management, business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives. The candidate will primarily be responsible for the development, maintenance, implementation, and testing of IT disaster recovery plans, including on-premise, third-party, and cloud hosted systems. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for business continuity plan updates and disaster recovery administration and will perform duties related to general crisis management support and data reporting for leadership. The candidate must have analytical skills to interpret quantitative and qualitative information to achieve departmental objectives and produce effective solutions for continuous process improvement. This role has a rotating schedule that requires a 7 day work week every 6 weeks. During these 7 consecutive work days, the role will require 24-hour on-call availability. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the development, maintenance, implementation, and testing of business continuity plans, including business impact analysis and threat risk assessment. Review plans to identify areas of improvement and provide guidance to address issues identified. Participate in the development, maintenance, implementation, and testing of IT disaster recovery plans, including on-premise, third-party, and cloud hosted systems. Responsible for data management, analyzing data, identifying problems, and developing recommendations. Support the use and maintenance of departmental resources, including weather monitoring and automated notification applications.
