Job Summary: The IT/IS Manager will be responsible to develop, implement, and manage Information Technology solutions and processes that support the efficient delivery of daily activities and services in Canada and the USA. Duties and Responsibilities: 1) General IT/IS Services: Manage IT infrastructure, including physical devices on site and M365 tenant. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, client JV partners, IT departments, supply chain, and clients. Ensure compliance with company and projects requirements for sensitive data management, including ISO 27001, personal data protection rules, and other relevant standards.
