Troubleshooting - Identifying and resolving system issues, data discrepancies, and user errors within the UKG HRIS
User Training - Providing training and support to HR staff on how to effectively utilize the UKG HRIS system features and functionalities
Compliance Management - Ensuring the UKG HRIS system adheres to relevant labor laws and regulations regarding data privacy and security
Works collaboratively with stakeholders, union groups/representatives and the HRIS vendor to ensure the Kennedy Center's HRIS systems meet the human capital technology needs of the organization and are in compliance with the various CBAs in place.
Develops and oversees impact assessment for changes to HR systems and serves as a subject matter expert for any benefit or payment calculations that may be proposed during CBA negotiations.
Oversees and executes configuration, development, and maintenance of HRIS data, services platform, file feeds, applications, and other systems used to manage human resources processes.
Manages and supervises HRIS support, configuration, and maintenance, including report building, auditing, researching, and resolving HRIS data issues as they arise.
Evaluates, assesses, and implements operational improvements, leveraging automation to enhance the HRIS user experience and organizational productivity, for example through continuous auditing, implementation of a self-service model, file feeds/integrations, and continual training. Oversees maintenance of HR systems security to ensure data confidentiality
Provides support with various yearly (fiscal & calendar) tasks including open enrollment, year-end activities and filings, etc.
Leads HR system review and module implementations and upgrades, where applicable. Oversees HR technology advancements and ensures there is effective utilization of HR systems.
Oversees auditing and review of HRIS data for compliance. Evaluates and implements systems and vendors to support the Center's strategic people priorities.
Cultivates and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Cultivates and supports an inclusive and equitable workplace culture

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. Sunstates Security is currently hiring an Account Manager in Ashburn, VA area. This position offers a salary of $80,000 - weekly pay.
The Account Manager is responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety, system metrics and analysis, in accordance with Sunstates objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leadership & Personnel Management
Direct, coordinate, and manage all on-site Security Officers, SOC Operators, and Shift Supervisors.
Train, develop, and empower security personnel to uphold the highest standards of efficiency, customer service, ethics, and compliance.
Conduct performance evaluations, coach staff, manage incentive programs, and apply corrective actions in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Oversee scheduling, payroll approval, time-off management, and shift coverage to maintain 24/7 operational readiness and compliance.
Operations & Security Oversight
Manage day-to-day site security operations.
Maintain and improve SOC operations, ensuring compliance with security systems knowledge and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Regional management to establish site goals and communicate these to customers and internal teams.
Manage account inspections and utilize Quality Assurance checks through eHub to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety violations, MTTR, patrol rounds, incidents, badge issuance, and more.
Technology & Systems Management
Oversee physical security systems including access control (C-Cure), CCTV (Genetec), alarms, biometrics, and visitor management.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and Sunstates-specific policies
Lead regular risk assessments, vulnerability audits, and incident investigations with detailed reporting and timely escalation.
Maintain comprehensive documentation to support internal and external audits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, Facilities, HR, Operations, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams to ensure unified security strategies.
Work Schedule & Travel
The Site Supervisor is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week physically onsite, including variable shifts, weekends, and additional hours as needed for reports, training, or special events.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to all contracted sites as required.
Must be able to perform physical duties such as patrols, inspections, and emergency response activities.
