As a key member of the leadership team this role contributes to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide IT strategy and is responsible for ensuring the Infrastructure and Operations strategy delivers business value. Key Responsibilities
Sets the mission, vision, & strategy for the Infrastructure and Operations function ensuring alignment with business goals & IT objectives.
Develops and oversees the budget including planning/forecast accuracy & continuous cost-optimization.
Manage cloud infrastructure, including public, private, & hybrid cloud environments as well as the design and implementation of onsite IT infrastructure solutions, including network, servers, and storage.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations including system monitoring, performance tuning, and incident/change management to ensure high levels of service availability and problem management to prevent high impact incidents from recurring.
Implement and enforce security policies to protect infrastructure from threats and ensure IT infrastructure adheres to and complies with corporate cybersecurity policies and relevant regulatory, data classification/privacy, and industry standards.
Monitor and report on system performance, availability, & reliability issues and develop, maintain, & regularly test backup and recovery plans to ensure they work when needed.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to fully exploit & ensure service delivery aligned with contractual obligations and perform technology lifecycle management to optimize, future proof, and eliminate technical debt of key infrastructure assets.
Lead and coach the Infrastructure and Operations team including hiring, training, & performance management and foster continuous improvement & professional development to keep up with technological advancements and help them achieve their career aspirations.
Total Rewards:
Salary Range: $220,000 - $264,000

What you'll do
This role is responsible for the overall strategy and execution for all IT computer systems, applications, tools, and networks across all PopStroke venues and corporate locations. Responsibilities
Manage and support IT tools and services which include Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack.
Lead IT initiatives and projects, aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals.
Deploy remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions across devices and servers, mobile device management (MDM) solutions, and end point security solutions.
Own the procurement and provisioning of computers, and other technical hardware.

We are seeking a Senior IT System Analyst with advanced Product analyst experience to play a critical role in building and enhancing a complex Investment Platform.

Key Expertise and Experience
10+ years of Systems Analysis experience.
Demonstrated expertise in interviewing and extracting high-quality business requirements from stakeholders using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
Ownership and execution of requirements analysis sessions to elicit business needs and translate them into clear, relevant system requirements.
Anticipating, discovering through ongoing interaction with, and prioritizing client/partner needs to serve as their voice and guide Engineering Leaders and Technology teams.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, including strong judgment, issue management, and root cause analysis techniques.
Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills.

Required Skills and Background
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience as a product analyst, business analyst, or similar role in a digital or operational transformation environment, focused on customer or internal-facing solutions.
Strong understanding of operations workflows and processes, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry.
Ability to translate technical requirements and operational processes into intuitive, actionable product requirements.
Demonstrated experience in informing product strategy and delivery, including opportunity identification, solution design, and collaborating with technology teams for implementation.
Proficient with collaboration and planning tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or other analytics and product management platforms.
Proficient with Agile development methodologies and working with cross-functional product teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management and storytelling skills; effectively conveys technical and business concepts verbally and in writing, using data and visualizations.
A resourceful problem-solver who can identify issues, explore potential solutions, and define the next course of action.
