Work with internal clients to determine requirements, plan and manage the delivery of technical solutions to meet requirements; manage solutions development, recommend and implement systems to ensure the security of IT systems and data. Hold client meetings, implement new projects, propose business solutions, and provide technical support to all personnel in an organization. Work closely with other programmers, analysts, IT staff, finance staff, and managers to understand system needs and develop solutions within set timelines and budgets.
