The Data Center Site Selection Manager should also have experience thinking both strategically and analytically, develop out-of-the box solutions and can navigate the challenges that accompany leasing projects and portfolios of large magnitude. **Required Skills:** Data Center Site Selection Manager Responsibilities: 1. Develop Meta's owned data center location strategy in assigned geography and manage the site selection effort for real estate, including partnering with teams focused on economic development incentives, energy and utilities, network connectivity, legal, policy, and financial considerations 2. The Manager, Capital Project Delivery, along with a direct report team consisting of 1 Project Coordinator and in close alignment the Global Engineering Project Team, will be responsible for planning and execution of capital project initiatives for Piramal's Lexington, KY sterile injectable facility. The role will also have a technical understanding of chemistry, process engineering and equipment in a pharmaceutical chemical manufacturing facility. Various locations: Fort Belvoir, VA; Fort Bragg, NC; Lexington, KY; Fort Eustis, VA; Natick, MA * This position is contingent upon a contract award* Essential Duties: * Assist the SGM and Deputy for Tech Targeting as the IO Global Video Surveillance Activity (GVSA) SME working in collaboration with government partners, academic laboratories, and private industry - to develop new tools and technology in support of the SOF computer and network operations community. * Assist in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation to include Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), SPECAT messages, Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP), Test Plans, and update Project Folders. * Tasks include managing the coordination and integration of the National Overhead Systems (NOS for technical surveillance project development testing and operational use. * Assist in the management and development of unattended sensors and other devices used for technical surveillance. Required Qualifications: * Qualifications include a background in GVSA development and emplacement, possess current industry certifications CISCO (Associate, Professional), Microsoft (MCITP), and VMware Certified Professional (particularly SOF) with a knowledge of GVSA/IO techniques, tactics, & procedures. * 12+ years of relevant experience * Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills. * Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle and rapid prototyping processes. * Prior experience supporting USSOCOM, SOF AT&L, or other SOF components. (preferred). Activate currently has 21 locations open in the US, with several more under construction. Activate and related companies are heavy on network connected electronics and the IT Generalist (salaried) will be in instrumental in the ongoing success of the company. Job Functions: Provide general IT support to employees across all locations Assist in the management of employee onboarding and offboarding with services and systems.
