About the Role We're looking for an Operator that will be responsible for performing tasks involving the operation of heavy construction equipment to accomplish assigned daily work on the project site. This role requires safe and efficient operation of machinery, adherence to site safety programs, and the ability to support project teams in delivering quality results. Core Responsibilities Equipment Operation Operate heavy construction equipment, including skid steers, bulldozers, and excavators. Complete assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor or foreman. Ensure machines are operated at full capacity and within safe operating standards. Maintenance and Care Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment. Report and document any mechanical issues or required maintenance. Maintain equipment in clean and functional condition for safe and efficient use. Safety and Compliance Follow all work site safety policies and procedures. Identify and report unsafe behaviors, hazardous conditions, or near-miss incidents.
