Essential Job Functions:
1. ERP & Business Systems
Oversee ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) re-implementation project.
Manage successful resolution general ERP support tickets.
Manage integrations and automation tools (Power Automate, APIs).
Collaborate with finance, operations, sales and HR to optimize workflows.
2. Technology Strategy
Develop and execute IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
Support the development and implementation of the organization's AI ecosystem by facilitating adoption, integration, and process alignment.
3. Vendor Management
Manage relationships with MSP/CSP and ERP partners.
Evaluate and recommend new vendors as needed.
4. Infrastructure Oversight
Ensure network, security, and cloud services are maintained via MSP.
Oversee IT compliance and data security standards.
5. Management
Provide guidance on technology best practices.
Oversee global IT infrastructure by providing direction to the Netherlands and China facilities on network management, cybersecurity, hardware/software lifecycle decisions, data integrity, and connectivity to U.S. systems.
Promote and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and organizational growth through innovation and adaptability.
6. All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, IT, or a closely related field.
5+ years in IT management or senior technical role.
Experience with Microsoft ERP systems (Business Central highly preferred).
Strong knowledge of automation tools.
Experience managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity principles.
Vendor management and project management experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in working with AI-driven automation or data analytics.

Summary
The Information Technology Operations Manager is a player/coach who supports the business by ensuring a stable and reliable infrastructure. * Manage relationship with managed services provider; challenge solutions to ensure fit for purpose, partner with/hold them accountable for deliverables and service, and ensure necessary knowledge transfer to internal staff (network, cybersecurity, sys admin, etc).
* Oversee technology infrastructure planning (short and long-term) to ensure reliable and efficient operations; includes network planning, monitoring, maintenance, and support (routers, servers, firewalls, etc).
* Direct and oversee enterprise-wide computer and user management (SCCM, JAMF, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
* Manage security risks, evaluating the current status and elaborating remediation actions
* Collaborate with IT Director to develop system and hardware budgets and then manage to them.
* Responsible for IT-related licensing and contracts.
* Work with team to troubleshoot issues and outages including after-action reviews to address and resolve findings.
* Ensure appropriate proactive communication with internal stakeholders, putting an emphasis on the customer service deliverables of the department.
* Direct and assist with maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
* Develop and implement IT policies and procedures; includes improvements to infrastructure performance, capacity and scalability while maintaining industry best practices and collaborating with our global IT team on any global initiatives, studies, standardizations and projects.

Education/Experience
* Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Essential Functions
• Directly supervise, manage priorities, and ensure appropriate training of IT Operations team; this includes ongoing Help Desk responsibilities and projects as needed. Mentor, coach, hire/develop, and hold team accountable for performance.

• Work with team to troubleshoot issues and outages including after-action reviews to address and resolve findings.
• Ensure appropriate proactive communication with internal stakeholders, putting an emphasis on the customer service deliverables of the department.
• Direct and assist with maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures; includes improvements to infrastructure performance, capacity and scalability while maintaining industry best practices and collaborating with our global IT team on any global initiatives, studies, standardizations and projects.
• Evaluate the current level of IT support delivery capabilities and develop an actionable improvement plan with regular reporting on progress. Near-term, responsible for deploying new Help Desk solution, creating dashboards and SLAs, managing metrics, and driving continuous improvement in day-to-day operations.
Education/Experience
• Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Six or more years of IT or related experience, with working knowledge of network administration and architecture
• Experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator strongly desired
• Demonstrated team management or supervisory experience
• Experience in enterprise computer management for both Windows and Macs, including the use of tools such as SCCM and Casper/JAMF
