Summary
This position is responsible for the timely execution of risk-based IT internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and projects, including annual Sarbanes Oxley IT testing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with development of Information Systems Audit plans by identifying business process and information technology (IT) risks; determining risk severity and business impact; and developing audit tests of controls.
Assess the technology control environment to support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and regulatory requirements.
Document technology processes, risks and key control design, and execute testing to evaluate those controls.
Complete audit work papers by documenting audit tests and results.
Clearly articulate, present findings, recommendations, and associated risk to I.T. Management and other key stakeholders within the organization.

Update audit programs, questionnaires, and recommend changes or enhancements to Internal Audit policies and procedures.
Assists with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Risk Assessments and other ERM projects.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends (as applicable).
Contributes to Internal Audit team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

You will lead a team of systems and network professionals, executing standards that align with strategic goals while managing operations to exceed client expectations.
**You Will:**
* Refine and execute the strategic vision for the department, aligning operational practices with organizational goals and client needs.
* Oversee client lifecycle management from pre-sales to ongoing support transition, ensuring an integrated approach across onboarding and implementation.
* Build a cohesive team environment, championing a culture of transparency, proactive communication, and conflict prevention.
* Evaluate and refine department best practices, standards, and processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs, security protocols, and organizational standards.
* Strategically manage a portfolio of projects, with accountability for vendor relationships, resource planning, risk assessment, and change management, while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
* Drive accountability through progress reporting and milestone tracking, ensuring all deliverables align with both client and organizational objectives.
* Act as an internal quality control leader for the project teams, overseeing the execution of project plans, Statements of Work, and quality assurance processes.
* Continuously improve project management infrastructure, refining templates, policies, and tools to support operational scalability and quality enhancement.
* Create a high level of efficacy with ongoing systems management, including proactive maintenance, patch management and operational maintenance.
Requirements
**You Have:**
* Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of leadership experience in strategic operations, client implementation, and technical integration, with an emphasis on enterprise clients.
* Track record of leading cross-functional teams and promoting a collaborative, hands-on management style.
* Deep understanding of complex IT systems, infrastructure, and operational scalability.
* Experience in managing project portfolios, including budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
* Background in educational technology or similar sectors is advantageous.
