The Manager II, Data Privacy is responsible for managing the Navy Federal's 1st line of defense Data Privacy Program and team. Responsibilities
Assist senior leadership in establishing and managing the roadmap and framework for the enterprise data privacy program

Assist senior leadership in creating, maintaining, and operationalizing policies, standards, and procedures related to privacy consistent with financial services laws and regulations as well as industry best practices, and lead the maintenance and update of these policies, standards, and procedures
Monitor the competitive landscape to inform Navy Federal's privacy strategy, in accordance with member best interests
Create strong partnerships with stakeholders such as Information Services, Information Security, Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance, and the Office of General Counsel to drive cross functional program initiatives
In partnership with OGC and Compliance, monitor evolving federal and state privacy laws and regulations, and develop comprehensive plans for operational compliance
Partner with Enterprise Data Governance and Information Services to ensure appropriate technology tooling to drive compliance with privacy laws and regulations, such as tooling to support Data Subject Access Rights
In collaboration with Enterprise Risk and Compliance, develop controls to manage privacy risk, and act as advisor to business areas in implementing the controls
Oversee metrics for privacy risk reporting, and prepare reports to highlight key metrics for governing bodies such as Enterprise Risk Management Committee
Interface with Internal Audit and external examiners in representing the Privacy Program, and prepare appropriate materials in response to examiner inquiries
Partner with Information Security and Third Party Risk Management to ensure coverage of privacy concerns in Navy Federal's third party risk assessment and management
Partner with second line of defense functions in creating and operationalizing Privacy Impact Assessments of products, services, and systems
Oversee development and implementation of Privacy training for employees to raise awareness of privacy principles and protection of member and employee personal information
Assist in identifying and engaging stakeholders and clarifying accountabilities regarding privacy risk management
Serve as a partner to the Data Security Event Management team, providing support related to unauthorized access of personal information and privacy incidents
Perform supervisory/managerial responsibilities

Qualifications
Experience in leading and overseeing an enterprise-wide data privacy program in a large organization, preferably in a large financial services organization
Significant experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining operational policies, standards and procedures related to data privacy programs
Advanced knowledge and understanding of federal and state laws, rules and regulations governing data privacy and protection
Proven success with large-scale data or project management and oversight experience in a large organization
Advanced knowledge of industry leading technical data management and data protection management practices
Advanced knowledge of risk data architecture and technology solutions
Experience in interacting with audit and regulatory agencies
Advanced knowledge of change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design

JOB DESCRIPTION
The IT Enterprise Project Manager's primary function is working within Special Access Programs (SAPs) supporting Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, such as HQ Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Military Departments efforts. The position will work closely with the customer's IT leadership representatives and the contractor IT workforce to provide "day-to-day" support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
Performance shall include:
Primary duties include scheduling, de- conflicting, and coordinating routine maintenance activities along with task/project efforts, and emergency changes in order to minimize production systems and service downtime.
Responsible for the full range of matters pertaining to all assured information systems under the customer's cognizance.
Directly supports the government lead and provides day-to-day planning and oversight for the customer's data centers, networks, telecommunications infrastructure, servers, systems, services, and applications.
Maintains an overall health and status awareness of all assigned resources and projects through effective and flexible resource and task management.
Conduct daily operations stand-up meetings with the applicable contractor IT workforce to review operational status and planned work for the day; provide applicable updates to customer leadership as required.
Supports the continuous improvement program for IT and develops recommendations for idea, process, and technology improvement to overall IT management.
Experience:
7+ years related experience.
5+ years IT Project Management experience.
SAP experience required.
Demonstrated experience managing dispersed teams with the responsibility for project execution comprising at a minimum information systems operations, administration, and security.
Demonstrated support management of enterprise systems to include security, capacity, performance, availability, and facility support elements (i.e., power/cooling)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years)
Certification Requirements:
IAT Level II - (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, etc.)
Program Management Professional (PMP) or possess a DAWIA PM Level II certificate.
Highly preferred: GSLC, CISSP, or CISM.
Clearance Required to Start:

Torch Technologies is seeking a IT Data Center Manager, to join a team providing dedicated and professional Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) to ensure effective, timely and optimal operation of Information Systems that support the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate (AFRL/RW) Research and Development (R&D) mission. Our work encompasses the activities associated with information management, Information Technology (IT), automation support, system administration, computer programming, configuration management, imaging, training, telecommunications, help desk, operations, customer support, administrative support, technical engineering, and other specialized networking and data communications services. This position provides advice and assistance as Information Data Center Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of a complex data center hosting multiple networks at multiple classification levels.
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and secure functioning of servers, hardware, and network infrastructure. Implement and manage changes to the data center environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Implement effective data storage strategies, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions.
Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery plans to protect critical data and systems. Develop, maintain and exercise Continuity of Operations plans for the data center, coordinating with system/enclave owners for unique requirements.
Implement, maintain, and enforce strict data security measures and disaster recovery plans to protect the data center and its assets from unauthorized access and cyber threats. Ensure compliance with legal, industry, and DoD standards.
Coordinate and participate with customers and functional leads to oversee data center projects such as construction and expansions, including planning, design, construction, and implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and participate with the customer's functional teams (e.g. IT, facilities, security, safety) to ensure projects are successful and meet timelines and regulatory/statutory requirements.
Advise and assist data center technicians ensuring required guidance and training are provided. Education:

Experience:
