The IT Manager will supervise a team of 1-2 internal Business Analysts and manage the relationship with the company's third-party ERP support provider. This position serves as the primary point of contact between IT and business stakeholders for all ERP-related matters, with accountability for ERP system integrity, configuration, data quality, issue resolution, enhancement management, and budgetary planning. Candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to one of plant locations - Point of Rocks, MD; Washington, MO; Peru, IL; Jacksonville, FL; or South Plainfield, NJ - and have access to a major airport. Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. This position follows a hybrid work model, with the expectation to be onsite up to three (3) days per week, or as determined by your manager based on team and business needs.
