We are seeing an IT Support Administrator (Level 2) to join our client. As an IT Support Administrator (Level 2), you will provide level 1, level 2 and admin support to internal business users in a Microsoft environment.
This position expects to pay about $26-38 per hour plus benefits
What You Will Do:
Provides On-Site (local division office) and Remote support (entire company).
Provides troubleshooting, and end-user assistance via phone, chat, or email.

What You Bring to The Table:
3-5+ years of experience working in a Level 2 support position.
Microsoft experience is required supporting accounts, devices, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, etc.
Must have experience with Intune.
Demonstrated experience working and solving issues at all levels of end users, and peers in complex environments.
Strong understanding of Hardware Life Cycle Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Helpdesk Ticketing, and its impacts on ensuring business continuity.
Strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques and experience with remote troubleshooting tools.
Ability to monitor the desktop environment using hardware and software tools.
Ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence and the ability to manage client expectations.
Strong writing and speaking skills to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical individuals.
Strong interpersonal skills at all levels and ability apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems, excellent teamwork skills.
Experience with DNS and DHCP is a plus.

The Manager, IT Audit, will play a key role within Western Digital's Global Internal Audit (IA) organization, supporting the delivery of assurance and advisory activities related to technology, cybersecurity, IT governance, and systems implementation. TITLE: THREAT INTELLIGENCE OFFICER STATUS: EXEMPT REPORT TO: VICE PRESIDENT - CHIEF INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER DEPARTMENT: IT - INFO SEC ANALYSIS AND INVESTIGATION PAY RANGE: $112,200.00 - $125,000.00 ANNUALLY GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Threat Intelligence Officer plays a critical role in safeguarding the credit union's digital and physical assets. This position blends cybersecurity, fraud and Physical Security expertise with strategic risk management, focusing on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating threats that could impact operations, member trust, or regulatory compliance.
Key Functions:
Threat Monitoring & Analysis: Use threat intelligence platforms to detect and assess cyber and physical threats.
Threat Curation and dissemination: Identify relevant threats and curate in order to deliver to internal stakeholders.
Risk Assessment: Conduct vulnerability assessments and participate in red team exercises.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure alignment with regulations such as FFIEC, NCUA, and SB553.
Education & Awareness: Train and present to staff and leadership on specific threat situations.
Collaboration: Work with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and internal departments
TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:
Monitor threat intelligence feeds and analyze emerging risks.
Conduct digital forensics and investigations into suspicious activity.
Develop and maintain threat models and risk assessments.
Coordinate tabletop exercises and red team simulations.
Collaborate with internal departments and external law enforcement.
Prepare executive-level reports on threat posture and incident trends.
Ensure alignment with FFIEC, NCUA, GLBA, and SB553 compliance standards.
Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws appropriate to the position

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, InformationTechnology, Criminal Justice, or related field or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in threat intelligence, cybersecurity, fraud and financial crimes and physical security.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
• Familiarity with SIEM tools, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and threat modeling.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization.

Typical Duties

Follows up with customers, answers questions, provides status updates, and makes referrals to assigned IT personnel for answers to technical questions. Monitors work in progress and records or inputs work resolution by outside vendors and non-Los Rios technicians. Assists technicians by providing information, clarification, or referrals as needed. Assigns phone numbers District-wide and maintains the database for Los Rios phone numbers and produces reports from this database. Maintains ERM (enterprise resource management system - PeopleSoft) operations documentation on-line for District-wide access. Maintains and issues telecom equipment; issues phones from inventory to technicians; and tracks and maintains phone inventory. Performs related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: An Associate degree in computer sciences or closely related field (or completion of an equivalent certificate program) AND two years in class of InformationTechnology Technician I; OR, an Associate degree in computer sciences or closely related field (or completion of an equivalent certificate program) and three years of experience directly related to job duties; OR, a combination of training and/or experience totaling five years that is likely to have provided the required level of knowledge and abilities.
