GTM Systems Lead
Anyscale 4.2
Remote information technology manager/senior systems administrator job
At Anyscale, we're on a mission to democratize distributed computing and make it accessible to software developers of all skill levels. We're commercializing Ray, a popular open-source project that's creating an ecosystem of libraries for scalable machine learning. Companies like OpenAI, Uber, Spotify, Instacart, Cruise, and many more, have Ray in their tech stacks to accelerate the progress of AI applications out into the real world.
With Anyscale, we're building the best place to run Ray, so that any developer or data scientist can scale an ML application from their laptop to the cluster without needing to be a distributed systems expert.
Proud to be backed by Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, and Addition with $250+ million raised to date.
About the Role
We're hiring a GTM Systems & Operations Lead to design and scale the infrastructure that powers Anyscale's go-to-market engine-aka our commercial flight deck. You'll be the technical and strategic mind behind the systems that support our revenue teams: sales, marketing, customer success, and support. From routing the right lead to the right rep, to keeping data flowing cleanly between platforms, to automating the handoff from closed-won to onboarding-this role ensures every component of the GTM journey is optimized, connected, and ready to scale.
You're a proactive problem-solver with a strong grasp of systems, processes, and GTM operations-someone who sees around corners and designs with the future in mind. More than that, you're a force multiplier: your work doesn't just unblock teams-it amplifies their efficiency, elevates their execution, and accelerates revenue across the entire business.
What You'll Do
Architect, manage, and evolve our GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Clari), ensuring systems are robust, integrated, and aligned to business needs
Design and implement scalable workflows across the full customer journey-lead → opportunity → quote → customer → renewal
Translate complex business problems into elegant systems solutions, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance
Lead automation and integration initiatives to eliminate manual work, improve data accuracy, and enable real-time reporting
Be the go-to expert on GTM systems health, including user experience, reporting issues, and CRM data quality
Partner with RevOps leadership on strategic initiatives: pipeline forecasting, territory design, funnel diagnostics, GTM experiments
Continuously assess and improve system scalability-from onboarding new tools to sunsetting legacy processes
Own project roadmaps end-to-end: vendor evaluations, testing, documentation, rollout, and adoption
What We're Looking For
6+ years of total experience
2+ years in consulting (strategy, systems, operations, or transformation roles)
Demonstrated success in a RevOps or GTM systems role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce required) and adjacent GTM systems (marketing automation, sales engagement, forecasting tools)
Strong technical aptitude-comfortable navigating integrations, APIs, and automation logic.
Deep understanding of end-to-end GTM processes: lead management, opportunity lifecycle, quote-to-cash, post-sale workflows
Structured thinker with a bias for action and ownership-you proactively identify opportunities and solve problems before they surface
A clear communicator who can interface with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical detail into business impact
Why Join Us
You'll play a foundational role in building a world-class GTM engine at one of the most exciting AI companies in the world
You'll work cross-functionally across a fast-growing, mission-driven team
