The primary function is working with Special Access Program (SAPs) and other classified networks supporting SMC Directorates and/or AFSPC Operational Units. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related area; an additional 4 years of related experience might be considered for a degree.

4+ years of relevant SCI experience.
Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 2 such as CompTIA Security + CE, within 6 months of the date of hire.
Working knowledge of JAFAN 6/0, DCID/JAFAN 6/3, DCID/JAFAN 6/9, and Joint DODIIS/Cryptologic SCI Information Systems Security Standards, Common Criteria, and System Security Policy as they relate to C&A for Legacy systems.
Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriate ICDs/JAFANs/DOD Manuals and other guiding policy documents.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Center Design Manager / Project Manager with a background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering to lead and deliver data center projects. The Opportunity
* Lead the effective and efficient delivery of data center projects, managing the performance of the technical team consisting of both internal and external project team resources, in full compliance with corporate standards
* Serve as the primary client-facing contact for design-related matters. Managing stakeholders, client expectations and relationships
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring integration of Mechanical or Electrical systems.
* Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Assist in defining project schedule, staffing and cost targets.
* Delivering work to a high standard of quality, client satisfaction and profitability
* Assist leadership in developing data center business regionally, identifying opportunities with current and new clients, developing client relationships and leading major bids
* Mentor and support junior engineers on technical and project management skills.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, quality, and sustainability goals.
* Collaborate with leadership to align team structure and project strategy.
The skills
* Professional engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* 12+ years of experience in design management of data center or critical facilities projects.
* Demonstrable project management experience having successfully led multidisciplinary teams on design and/or construction of building and/or infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain this within one year of joining Arup preferred.
* Ability to travel and work on virtual teams across the region.

San Francisco Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in San Francisco is $163, 392 to $188,550 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of San Francisco will differ.
