The Global Network Deployment (GND) organization is looking to hire an experienced Technical Infra Program Manager to join our Intel & Reporting team (I&R) to support GND's fast growing operations. The GND organization owns the delivery of physical network infrastructure for core data centers and Edge points-of-presence (PoPs) globally through planning, deployment, and process optimization. This role will be responsible for capital management and budgeting for cabling installation in our global data centers. The ideal candidate will excel in cost modeling, CapEx management, and strategic financial planning. You will lead the annual budgeting process, develop and maintain CapEx forecasting models, and drive cost control initiatives across our global operations. This role requires strong analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide valuable insights to senior leadership. You will collaborate closely with operational and finance stakeholders, manage funding appropriation requests, and continually refine our metrics and KPIs.
