The Director ensures that all systems, applications, integrations, and infrastructure are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals while leading the Salesforce IT team to deliver a resilient, high-preforming environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide direction, supervision and performance management for Enterprise Application Administrator and Systems Administrator roles. Establish departmental priorities, technical standards, and best practices across systems, applications, integrations, data, and security. Oversee administration, optimization, and roadmap planning for Salesforce, Microsoft, AMS platforms, and cloud systems.
