Role Summary This remote full‑time role is both strategic and technical. The IT & Technology Manager oversees the daily operations of Tardus' IT department, manages software and technology vendors, and manages and builds solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft 365, among others. They will establish and enforce security policies, maintain hardware and software, manage and develop AI‑driven tools and automation, and ensure that our franchises can operate efficiently and securely. As the team scales, this person will recruit and manage IT staff and works closely with leadership to align technology with business goals. This role reports to the CEO. Key Responsibilities 1. IT Management and Infrastructure Oversee the health of networks and infrastructure by developing troubleshooting strategies and disaster recovery plans to reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Identify technology needs and recommend solutions to executive management. Maintain hardware and software and roll out company‑wide updates. Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, managing budgets and ensuring services meet business requirements. 2. Cybersecurity and Compliance Monitor operations and infrastructure for security issues and review logs and alerts to protect our digital footprint. Enforce internal and external policy compliance across departments to audit and ensure employees and vendors follow cybersecurity policies. Define and test incident‑response plans, ensuring managers understand their roles during security incidents. 3. Microsoft 365 Administration and SaaS Tools Serve as the primary IT administrator, managing existing SaaS tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Claromentis, Wordpress website), and team member and franchise onboarding, offboarding, and training. Maintain the platforms by staying up to date on new releases, fixing bugs, documenting changes, and training users. Ensure proper security settings (roles, profiles, sharing rules) and support data integrity. 4. AI Tool Management and Innovation Manage and Develop AI‑driven tools to automate processes. Evaluate and improve current AI machine‑learning processes to improve decision‑making and automates repetitive tasks. 5. Team Leadership and Growth Recruit, mentor, and manage future IT staff and vendors, including administrators and support technicians. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field. 3+ years of experience IT management or systems administration. Proven experience in network management, including the ability to monitor operations, maintain security tools and manage policies. Hands‑on Salesforce administration experience, including using Flow Builder, user management and security configuration. Demonstrated competency with Microsoft 365 services and using AI tools to streamline operations. Excellent communication and project‑management skills with attention to detail and a focus on service quality. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and grow a team while working collaboratively across departments. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification. Microsoft 365 certifications such as Enterprise Administrator Expert or Security Administrator Associate. Experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and familiarity with data privacy regulations. Software development and coding experience. Our Information Systems Junior Project Manager will be located in Honolulu, Kapolei, or Hilo, Hawaii. This is not a remote position. HPM Building Supply is hiring an Information Systems Junior Project Manager. The Junior Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the various business software and services solutions projects. The Junior Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide project supervision from start to finish, develop clear project objectives and technical requirements, and ensure successful outcomes within timelines and budget constraints.
