AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) is looking for a Senior Manager - AWS Infrastructure Demand Planning to lead the AIS Demand and S&OP team. Our team is responsible for AWS Infrastructure supply and demand strategy for AWS's global GenAI and non-GenAI infrastructure footprint spanning 105 availability zones, 33 geographical regions and serving over 245 countries and territories. The team drives compute and datacenter supply planning, infrastructure capacity delivery and GenAI supportability to ensure scalable cloud services for millions of AWS customers. As the Senior Manager of AWS Infrastructure Demand Planning, you will be responsible for leading teams that drive the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process for AWS and ensure that AWS Demand is aligned with Supply. You will work closely with AWS Services, Material Planning, Data Center planning and the Capacity Delivery teams to build quarterly S&OP plans that drive short-term and long-term AWS Supply and Demand strategy. You will also be responsible for the demand signal that is provided to AIS, with a focus on ensuring that the signal is aligned with the financial plan, sales and growth projections, agreed upon demand levers, transitions, NPI roadmaps, and prior commits and plan of records. The AIS Demand and S&OP Team is responsible for the 13-103 week Demand Plan of Record (POR) for Server material planning and the 0-10 year Demand POR for Data Center planning.
You are an experienced leader who will have demonstrated leading large cross-functional and cross-organizational projects. An ability to take large, technically complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop actionable plans and successfully deliver them are expected. This role is inherently cross-functional and requires the ability to think big and collaborate with others as you work closely with teams across AWS Infrastructure and AWS Service teams (EC2, S3, EBS). The shifting power and permitting constraints and critical nature of the role requires someone who maintains momentum, clarity of vision and adaptability while communicating effectively across a diverse set of customers, partners and leadership. The Sr. Manager must effectively distinguish between one/two way door decisions. Decisions driven by the Sr. Manager create significant impact to the AWS Infrastructure organization and all of our customers, so excellent judgement (based on domain and technical expertise) is required in managing complex problems, tough trade-offs, proposals and escalations.
Communication with executive audiences is a regular occurrence. High judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove roadblocks, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery are therefore essential for success in this role.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive the S&OP process for AWS Infrastructure and influence AWS' Supply and Demand strategy.
- Guide automation teams on implementing the systems required for the various elements of the demand planning process, while also directly managing/dialing in new programs until such a time as it makes sense to automate.

Basic Qualifications

Job Overview:
The Information and Referral (I&R) Services Manager leads the setup, launch, and management of a new trust-centered helpline and digital platform for immigrants and refugees impacted by data sharing concerns. This position combines project management, team leadership, and systems coordination to ensure that the platform operates efficiently, securely, and equitably.
The Manager will serve as the primary liaison between IRC Washington, the Signpost Technical Team, the Technical Assistance Unit, and multiple state and community stakeholders (including DSHS, local CBOs, and service coalitions). The role requires a blend of operational discipline, systems thinking, and relationship management to build a reliable, low-barrier, multilingual information and referral system. As a pilot project, the role will likely need to be adjusted as needed.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Project Design & Implementation (Setup Phase)
Lead the planning, setup, and launch of the I&R platform, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Develop and maintain the project plan, including timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead on the communication strategy in collaboration with the Editorial Officer and state agency partners.
Coordinate with the Signpost Team on platform configuration, data security, and system testing.
Oversee SOP development for call handling, privacy, data protection, and escalation protocols.
Prepare staff onboarding, scripts, and training materials.
2. Team Leadership & Supervision
Supervise and coach a team of an Editorial Officer and four Information & Referral Specialists.
Establish performance metrics, call quality standards, and feedback systems.
Foster a culture of trust, empathy, and data privacy within the team.
Conduct ongoing coaching and professional development for staff.
3. Operations & Quality Assurance
Manage daily operations of the platform, including scheduling, coverage, and workflow adjustments.
Monitor call volumes, client experience, and service quality; implement continuous improvements.
Coordinate closely with technical partners to resolve system issues or user feedback.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
4. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
Serve as primary liaison between IRC WA and state agency partners (e.g., DSHS, state refugee office, and related departments).
Represent the helpline in interagency coordination meetings and working groups.
Collaborate with CBOs, advocacy networks, and referral agencies to align messaging, data protection principles, and escalation pathways.
Ensure integration and interoperability between the helpline and other statewide navigation or support systems.
Identify opportunities to improve system-level coordination for immigrant data privacy and service access.

Job Requirements:
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies
Strong project management skills, including experience launching new initiatives or digital platforms.
Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse, multilingual frontline teams.
Deep understanding of data privacy, informed consent, and trauma-informed communication.
Comfort working in cross-functional teams (tech, data, and program operations).
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in social services, project management, public administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, human services coordination, or call center operations.
Experience working with immigrant and refugee communities strongly preferred.
Previous familiarity with CRM or client management systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) a plus.
Language and Cultural Competence
Fluency in English required; proficiency in one or more refugee/immigrant languages, Spanish is , strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-culturally with empathy, humility, and confidentiality.
