Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network cabling infrastructure (CAT 3/CAT 5/CAT 6 copper, fiber, coaxial)
Conduct physical installation of circuits and cabling support structures (cable trays, J-Hooks)

Job Overview:
To better serve the global auto industry electric vehicle trend in the United States, CATL, through its U.S.-based subsidiary, CATK, is seeking a talented and experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our local team. As an IT Systems Engineer at CATK, you will play a key role in integrating and optimizing enterprise systems such as ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS, and others. You will be responsible for demand analysis, system design, implementation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Additionally, you will oversee the construction, maintenance, and support of operation systems and mobile applications, providing technical expertise and ensuring seamless functionality.
Essential Functions:
Lead the demand analysis, scheme design, and implementation promotion of ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS, and other enterprise systems to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and optimize performance of ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS, and other systems to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain operation systems and mobile phone applications, including construction, operation, maintenance, and technical support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business requirements with information systems, improving overall business performance and user satisfaction.
Ensure seamless database operation, configuration, and maintenance, leveraging proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, or JavaScript as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in integrating and optimizing ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS, and other enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of business systems and logic, with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.) and database operations.
Experience in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance.

The Information Technology (IT) Technician II will perform 2nd-level remote and desk-side support for end users of PC-based systems across all departments. * Creates, monitors, and evaluates service requests across shifts to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

* This position may work directly with the LAN Administrator, Network Operations, IT Security, and Database Development, at Managements discretion, to engage in projects and advancement of skillset.
