Managing stakeholders, client expectations and relationships - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring integration of Mechanical or Electrical systems. - Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Assist in defining project schedule, staffing and cost targets. - Delivering work to a high standard of quality, client satisfaction and profitability - Assist leadership in developing data center business regionally, identifying opportunities with current and new clients, developing client relationships and leading major bids - Mentor and support junior engineers on technical and project management skills. - Ensure compliance with company standards, quality, and sustainability goals. - Collaborate with leadership to align team structure and project strategy. **The skills** - Professional engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - 12+ years of experience in design management of data center or critical facilities projects. - Demonstrable project management experience having successfully led multidisciplinary teams on design and/or construction of building and/or infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment. - Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain this within one year of joining Arup preferred. - Ability to travel and work on virtual teams across the region.
