The Site Logistics Technician reviews Data Center inventory, inbound shipments, and ongoing demand to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained in the all locations to support build and repair activities. Working with the Logistics Manager, they create plans to optimize the flow of parts through their lifecycle; tracking inventory locations, movements, age, and turns. They work closely with Data Center Operations Technicians and Data Center Engineers to fulfill parts quickly and accurately. They work with Procurement and Hardware Engineering to purchase new parts and interface directly with vendors to process RMAs and receive replacements. Regular and ongoing communications with vendors to resolve issues and help them understand our business requirements necessitates a high-level communicator.
Sites Logistics Technicians perform a variety of tasks, including daily loading dock audits, receiving and stowing part deliveries, parts ingestion into a system of record, monitoring and prioritizing work using ticket requests, staging and performing parts transfers, maintaining RMA eligible material, and providing consistent customer service and communication on an as-needed basis. They drive Safety and Security culture by remaining compliant with all policies and following best practices.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Requires standing, sitting, and walking for prolonged periods of time
Assist in loading and unloading shipments
Occasionally exposed to cold or hot weather
Work with and/or around moving mechanical parts

The IT Security Operations Administrator's role is to ensure the secure operation of the DPH computer systems, servers, and network connections. They lead operational security projects, serve as an information security resource on general DPH IT projects, develop responses to OIT Security audit and security findings.

Follow documented information security policies, processes, and procedures.
Document new information security processes and update existing information security.
Coordinate deployment, management, and maintenance of all security systems and their corresponding or associated software, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, cryptography systems, and antivirus software with the Office of Innovation and Technology (OIT).
Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Build and maintain collaborative and consultative relationships with OIT, DPH Divisions/Units as well as vendors related to DPH operational security systems and processes being managed and or supported by DPH Health IT and OIT Operations Security Teams.
Gain an understanding of OIT and DPH processes and requirements as they relate to the DPH supported systems.
Conduct regular reviews, priority-setting, and planning sessions with the Health IT Director, the Health IT Infrastructure Manager, the Health IT Enterprise Data Services Manager, and other stakeholders. Serve as an advocate for those priorities, plans, and other technology needs within DPH Health IT.
Monitor, evaluate, and regularly report to Health Director on IT security related IT projects, services, and support; the delivery of services according to service level agreements; and levels of client satisfaction.

The main expectations and responsibilities for this position are:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network systems, computers, and related hardware within GMP and office environments.
Monitor and maintain network performance, connectivity, and security to ensure reliable system operation.
Assist in configuring, maintaining, and upgrading network equipment, servers, and user workstations.
Support data integrity and system validation activities in collaboration with Quality Assurance and IT management.
Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and system access control procedures per company policy and regulatory standards.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and credentials.
Coordinate with external vendors and IT partners for system installations, upgrades, and security patches.
Document all IT-related activities, incidents, and changes in compliance with change control and audit requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage outsourced 1st level tech support vendor/team

Support onboarding / off-boarding employees across all corporate systems

Assist end-users as needed in resolving software and hardware issues
Required Experience and Education:
7+ years relevant experience, 3+ in a team leadership role
Bachelor's Degree
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Previous help desk experience including supervisory roles
Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Exceptional communication skills - able to explain complex technical concepts in clear, simple terms to non-technical users
Proven ability to document procedures, maintain asset records, and create knowledge base content

We offer a competitive salary of $95k-$110k. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
