Direct, coordinate, and manage end-user technical support services for all supported District technology systems.
Manage the development, oversight, and continuous improvement of technical support processes at the school and District levels for all support services provided by District staff and support contractors.

Manage development, training, and oversight of District-wide technology inventory processes.
