Functional Purpose

1. Conducts forensic examinations of digital and other multimedia evidence through the application of scientific practices for the recognition, collection, analysis, and interpretation of digital evidence for criminal and civil law or regulatory purposes.
2. Examines and analyzes evidence and interprets scientific observations and data to render conclusions, form opinions and produce reports utilizing a full range of electronic search methods and forensic examination techniques.
3. Provides expert witness testimony; produces comprehensive reports and illustrative exhibits for federal, state, and local judicial proceedings at a level sufficient to explain evidence interpretations and conclusions from forensic examinations and scientific data to a lay audience.
4. Serves as a subject matter expert and technical advisor in matters relating to the proper collection, preservation, packaging, and submission of digital and multimedia evidence; participates in crime scene evidence collection activities in major field investigations; ensures evidence handling requirements are met.
5. Performs ongoing evaluation and validation of laboratory instrumentation and methods, operating protocols, and safety practices under supervision; maintains awareness of safety procedures and identifies possible physical conditions and/or laboratory procedures that may create unsafe conditions.
6. Delivers training in laboratory services, evidence collection, crime scene processing and field examination.
7. Conducts studies and research for improving forensic analyses, scientific methods, and resolving forensic examination problems.

Requirements

The Network Administrator will play a crucial role in building, optimizing, maintaining, and supporting their company's IT and OT infrastructure. This position involves assisting with the daily administration of their network, servers, user endpoints, and critical operational technology systems that keep their bottling lines running. You will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies, including Azure Cloud, Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi, Microsoft Office 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, various operating systems, and the network aspects of their plant floor OT systems. Responsibilities:
1. Network Support & Maintenance:
o Assist in monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting the VMWare, Windows Servers, Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi network infrastructure across office and production areas.
o Help maintain wired network connectivity (switches, cabling, patch panels).
o Respond to network-related alerts and perform basic diagnostics (ping, traceroute, DNS checks, DHCP verification).
o Assist with basic configuration changes on network devices .
o Support network connectivity for OT devices on the plant floor (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, sensors, line controllers).
2. Project Management:
o Oversee site specific IT projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with company goals. This includes managing resources, setting milestones, and tracking progress.
o Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
o Manage vendor relationships and ensure that external services and products meet project requirements.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Systems Administration:
o Provide Tier 2 support for Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems
o Azure Cloud Administration and best practice design for growth
o Perform user account management within Active Directory (creating users/groups, password resets, group policy application).
o Assist with user and device management within Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and support hybrid identity synchronization.

5. User & End-Point Support: o Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
o Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
o Assist with software deployment and updates.
6. Documentation & Inventory: o Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and IT/OT assets.

Required Qualifications:
• College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent combination of education, certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, A+), and work experience.
• 3-7 years of experience in an IT support role (Help Desk, Desktop Support, IT Technician).
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, WiFi principles).
• Experience managing Windows Operating Systems (Desktop and/or Server).
Familiarity with Entra and Active Directory user and group management.

What You Will Do:
Support the sustainment of installed Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro application and related integrated applications and systems. Involves working in a fast-paced team environment with other IT analysts to design and test proposed solutions to identified issues and requests. Tasks will include coordinating technical design, testing, and maintenance of technical solutions. This is a role that requires a strong analyst background with both technical and functional skills. The candidate must be a self-starter, able to work unsupervised and have a knowledge of and passion for Material Requirements Planning (MRP). The candidate will involve the data integration of SAP systems SAP ECC instances and SAP Business Warehouse instance into the Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro software application. This consists of automated chains, scenarios and Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro application support tasks like control set table updates, macro & profile updates, configuration, global, workbook links, scenario perspectives updates and site filters. In addition, it encompasses the development and maintenance of core and supporting workbooks, the oversight of core Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro components like dashboards, widgets, hierarchies, filters and task flows and daily execution tasks including but not limited to reviewing the MRP planning variances and direct support of business users as well as the importation of the Production Operating Plan (PROP) and rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP) databases.
