General Description Northeast Paving a division of Vinci Construction USA is seeking an IT Support Specialist I position on the Technology Team in Pittsburgh, PA. The IT Support Specialist role involves providing end-user desktop support both remotely and in-person, handling Tier (1-2) support tickets, and working on technology implementation projects.
Key Duties
Create, review and triage support Tier (1-2) tickets on a timely basis
Project work related to the implementation of new technology tools.
Provide end-user desktop support via remote support tools or in person visits
Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and effectively with users to understand their issues, provide updates on ticket status, and verify their concerns are addressed promptly.
Install and configure new computers, monitors, and printers.

Shawmut Design and Construction is looking for an intern to work within our IT Service Desk, helping to support our business clients and their devices across the United States. Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day tier 1 support of end users and their Windows and iOS devices and apps, working on the phone, through chat, or email to resolve issues.
Respond to, update, and resolve support tickets in our ITSM ticketing system.
Assist in upgrading client devices to the latest version of Windows 11.
Onboard new users, which includes imaging laptop hardware, configuring accounts, installing applications, and provisioning mobile devices.
Assist with maintaining the inventory of laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Work closely with other User Services team members and with other IT teams if a support request requires escalation.
Help develop and maintain end-user-facing documentation in the areas of how-to guides and problem resolution.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:
The IT Site Support Administrator is a technical position within the IT organization. This position is responsible for maintaining the design, integrity and performance of the IT Systems. As a member of the IT Operations team and the technical service desk, this individual will play a key role in the delivery of high quality support and exceptional customer satisfaction
Reporting directly to the IT Site Operations Manager, the incumbent is required to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities

5+ years of equivalent experience in IT support functions.
